Jobbatical started as a platform to connect highly skilled people with companies, giving businesses a chance to choose from a global talent pool. Over the course of several pivots and smaller adjustments, their most recent business model focuses on helping companies with the relocating process of hired talent. Karoli talks about the journey and the overall importance of being willing to let go of promising ideas.
