It was my pleasure to collaborate with the STARTERpodcast hosted by Maret Ahonen from the sTARTUp Lab at the University of Tartu. We sat down together with Triin Kask, who is probably best known for being a co-founder and former CEO of Nevercode. Triin is a well-known figure in the start-up scene here in Estonia and serves also as a board member at the Estonian Founders Society. We were discussing different aspects of leadership and teamwork from a start-up perspective. For me, the discussion highlighted the importance of building trust, taking responsibility as well as being clear, transparent and open within the team. We all seemed to agree that these are the conditions that will create psychologically safer atmosphere where teams are able to get the best stuff done.
Enjoy!
