Vestlus käsitleb, kuidas väikeriigid nagu Eesti ja Island saavad oma häält kuuldavaks teha rahvusvahelisel areenil, millised on nende ühised väljakutsed ning millised võimalused tihedamaks koostööks – sealhulgas mõtteid Arktikast, piirkondlikust koostööst ning julgeolekuohtudest, millega mõlemad riigid silmitsi seisavad.
