Despite progress in reducing stigma, men face unique challenges. Societal expectations lead them to remain silent, resulting in depression, anxiety, and suicide. This discussion covers men’s mental health, barriers to seeking help, and solutions from Estonia and the Nordics. Open dialogue and understanding can help create a supportive environment for men’s mental health.
